In this article, I will outline 5 reasons Donald Trump is the leader Barack Obama could only hope to be. Notice that I will not be talking about Hillary Clinton in any great depth. She is so bad, she doesn’t rate high enough to get anything more than a casual mention.

  1. Trump weathers the storm in good times and bad: Donald Trump is a survivor as we can clearly see. In business, which was hard for everybody, Trump weathers the storm where others fail. Sure, he’s had companies in bankruptcy, but he has cut his losses and restructured, coming out ahead at the end of the day. His businesses employ many people in good paying jobs. Barack Obama has never hired a soul for a single job that wasn’t connected to government and paid for by taxes.
  2. Donald Trump is a successful reality TV star who has used his star power to mentor others and create more business. People who did well on the show have done well in business, benefitting from Trump’s tutelage. Obama has mentored no one, and no one around him has created a successful business that didn’t find its primary funding outside of government. Indeed, Obama used government funds to prop up so-called green businesses at the tax payer expense, all of which have failed, costing the taxpayer billions.
  3. Donald Trump is a successful author whose book is a blue print for successful business leaders. Obama’s book is a sad diatribe over race and equality, a fictional account about why he is locked in to the vision of an imaginary father he never knew and can’t relate to. At the end of the day, Barack didn’t even write his book, it was ghost written by Bill Ayers, so there you go, he can’t even claim his own book as an accomplishment.
  4. Barack Obama can’t succeed in anything unless he uses race as a weapon or he’s lying about who he really is. He’s got everything he has under false pretenses or claiming victim hood. Trump meanwhile used a modest initial investment from his father and created a billion dollar business that has proven successful for the long term. He won an election that was rigged against him at every turn, cheer leaded by a media establishment who supported the other candidate and lied about who he is and what he stands for.
  5. Barack Obama is a divider. He’s got the whole country in turmoil with regards to race, religion and gender. His enemies are still his enemies. Trump is a unifier. People who opposed him on his election are now working with him on common goals. He has a diverse staff that includes a woman who ran his campaign, and a brain surgeon who found a half trillion dollar government financing mistake in the first week of office. He’s sent enemies clear messages warning them of consequences of messing with the US, like Syria and North Korea. Illegal immigration rates are down and many criminal illegals are already being deported. He has put in place a conservative Supreme Court Justice and is keeping his campaign promises. Obama only gave lip service to his promises, with very little positive result.

Now let’s make a clear distinction between Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton. Hilary is nothing but a 2-time failed candidate. She is by no means the leader off the Democrat party. Barack Obama in contrast is charismatic and active, all of the party’s failures and successes have come about because of him. But there is nothing he has accomplished that cannot be undone by the stroke of Trump’s pen. All of those executive orders he wrote: gone. And as for his signature accomplishment, Obamacare. If it doesn’t collapse under its own weight, which it surely will, it will be replaced by the congress. The Democrat party under defacto leader Barack Obama lies in flaming ruin.

So there you have it, my five top reasons Trump is the leader Obama only hopes he could be. Let me know if you think I am all wet. People praising me on being right are welcome too. Comment below.

Hillary Clinton and Classified E-mails: Different Rules for People Named Clinton

by Jeremy Griffith
The American Millennium

I’m getting tired of hearing about Hillary Clinton’s emails, but there seems to be a general ignorance about why this subject is important. Meanwhile, Hillary is getting away with murder and the media is giving her a general pass while others would be and have been fried for doing similar dumb things with classified information. Therefore, I am going to attempt to illustrate why this important while avoiding divulging classified information myself.

If however, I do run amok of federal law in this blog, and the F.B.I. comes knocking at my door, I’m just going to ask for a Hillary pass and see how well that works out for me. Here goes!

In my 22-year career as an Army Officer in the National Guard and later in the Army Reserve, I was in a position to use and disseminate classified information. Mostly it was due to my duties as a Transportation Officer, first as a transportation manager at Fort McCoy for 18 months beginning in 2004 and later as a transportation officer in the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division deployed to Iraq for the long tour in 2006-2007. Here is what I’ve learned about classified information, specifically in what is known as a SCIF.

Well, a SCIF, or Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility, is a secure room where normal people with Secret and Top Secret clearances with the US government go to get their classified information, either digital, documents, e-mail or what have you. I found a detailed description of the requirements of a SCIF online at the following website and I find that it is an adequate description of the SCIFs I’m familiar with. You can find that definition here. Bottom line up front, in order to access secret compartmentalized information you must pass into a small room that is specially set up for that purpose. It usually has one door, a set of computers set up on a specialized internal secret Internet system that doesn’t touch the world wide web, and you are banned from going into that secure area with cell phones, cameras or other recording devices. If you go into a secure briefing area, the same rules apply. Someone is usually manning the door, you sign in and are granted special credentials. If you are not on a list of secure personnel, you are banned from entering. It’s very inconvenient, but it is meant to prevent intentional or unintentional data spillage of classified information. Facilities that have SCIFs or classified briefing areas are usually surrounded with barbed wire and have an armed guard at the main gate.

(So why the Hell does someone like Hillary Clinton suddenly get classified information on an unsecure device like a Blackberry?! Are unicorns real?! I’ll tell you how. An assistant went inside the SCIF, stole classified documents at the behest of the Secretary of State, took off the classified markers and set it unsecure to the Secretary’s Blackberry, that’s how. It was all for the convenience of Hillary Clinton! It’s also illegal.

So why all this security? Why is the government so hell-bent on keeping secrets in the first place? To understand that, one must understand why certain data is classified. Bottom line up front, when it touches the security and safety of a deploying soldier going into a combat zone, the data of his or her arrival into the combat theater is classified, because knowledge of his or her arrival date by the enemy can lead to that soldier’s death by ambush. That’s it in a nutshell. Here is a real life anecdote.

When I arrived at Fort McCoy Wisconsin in 2004 I was the commander of a Transportation Movement Control Team, the 789th MCT. My eight-man team was dissected into different roles upon arrival and we were employed with the local garrison unit there that served to help mobilize and deploy soldiers and their equipment to Afghanistan, Iraq and other theaters of operation. I worked as a transportation manager for the post in what is called a MUIC, Mobilizing Unit Inprocessing Station. Basically every bit of information I touched in the orchestration of my job was Top Secret.

Inside my office I had a wall covered with acrylic and compartmentalized like a spreadsheet where I could track all the data points touching the mobilization and deployment of all units coming in and going out of Fort McCoy. It wasn’t my brainchild, but it was the brainchild of the retired Air Force Colonel turned civilian contractor who was my boss at the time. (The idea of an Army officer reporting to a civilian contractor is probably the topic of a completely different blog post, but there it is.) In order to work in my office, you had to be credentialed by the post and have a special badge just to get in the door. I couldn’t cover the wall every time an unauthorized person came into the room, so if you didn’t have clearance, you didn’t get in. Done.

I would often get calls from different state area commands wondering about the status of units I had mobilized to the post. Basically the two-star state Adjutant Generals wanted to know when their units were departing from theater or arriving back home so that they personally could see them off or welcome them home. I was not authorized to give that information on the phone over an unsecure line! In order to share that information, I had to get the post security manager involved and have him send that information through the proper channels through secure phone calls or email, available at that individual state’s SCIF.

Later in my mobilization to Fort McCoy the Good Idea Fairy attacked me and I decided to digitize the data I was putting on my wall in dry erase marker and e-mail to the various authorized personnel. I even proposed to display it in view screens over my desk so that VIP visitors from the respective states could see it. The security manager caught wind of this and just about had an aneurism! I was creating a SECRET document I was told, which I intended to share outside of SECRET channels, and that was a big NO-NO!! I was eventually allowed to build my document, but it had to be classified and sent through secure channels only, thus avoiding the big mess and prosecution for me, and people I worked with in the office.

Things got a little different when I was deployed with First Brigade Combat Team as a transportation officer in the S4 logistics section. In my office, which in and of itself was considered a SCIF, I had two kinds of computers on my desk, one for SECRET information, one for UNCLASSIFIED information. Neither system talked to each other. I knew which one was which because the image I had on the desk top, along with the stickers on each told me so. We were instructed that at no time would data from one system be allowed to contaminate the other. You could not take a thumb drive, plug it into a SECRET computer, download information from that computer and then share it with a non-secure system. That was VERBOTEN! I had a soldier in my office do that very thing. He plugged a CD into his secure device, burned some data, then he transferred it to his non-secure machine, where he proceeded to edit out the secure data points and share with other units through non-secure email. The Information Nazis swooped in with their jackboots and took the soldier’s computers away. Both computers had to be wiped and basically what he got back were brand new computers without any old data on them. In addition, since the data spillage wasn’t intentionally harmful, the soldier was given a permanent letter of reprimand in his file and a slap on the wrist. It could have been much worse!

Hillary Clinton, the former Secretary of State, a person who should have known better, transmitted and received thousands of emails which contained classified information. As a cabinet level officer, I am 100 percent certain that the Secretary of State has a security IT manager who briefs her on what she can and cannot do with classified information. That guy or gal should be made to testify to congress! He is on the hook for whatever he did or did not brief to the Secretary of State!

Indeed, the guy who set up the nonsecure server in Bill Clinton’s basement bathroom has lawyered up repeatedly about his role in setting up this machine to facilitate the massive secure data leak at the request of Hillary Clinton. There was a reason Hillary did this. All of her business emails are ordered to be preserved as governmental documents and are reviewable by members of Congress. Some of the unclassified material is even available to the public via FOIA or Freedom of Information Act request. Hillary knew this and purposefully set up the server anyway as to avoid transparency required of her as a government employee working for the people. And the F.B.I. gave her a pass the other day saying there was no intent to do harm. F.B.I. Director Comey said in fact that there was no precedent to prosecute an official where there was no intent. What?!! Comey should check his records a little more closely!

Indeed, the F.B.I. could take a short journey down memory lane to April of 2015 to when it successfully prosecuted Iraq War Hero David Petreaus who was the general who successfully brought an American Victory in Iraq and had him crawling to court on his knees where he reluctantly plead guilty to a misdemeanor for doing exactly what Hillary has been doing, mishandling classified information. General Petreaus handed over classified information to a reporter, who was also his lover and biographer. For this crime he was found guilty and given two years probation and fined $100,000. I don’t know any misdemeanor that carries that big a fine, but I’m not a lawyer. That is amazing!

The New York Times, that liberal bastion of media, has said that the F.B.I. was decidedly miffed at the time that the court brought so low a ruling and did not follow through and jail the former general and C.I.A. director. Can you imagine?! You can read the full NYT article here. Here’s a small quote from the story.

“The sentencing was a disappointing one for F.B.I. officials, who believed that Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. had given Mr. Petraeus preferential treatment by allowing him to plead guilty to a misdemeanor and recommending that he receive probation instead of prison time. Federal judges are not bound by such recommendations, but they almost always follow them.

“Although the judge overseeing the case, David C. Keesler of United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, agreed to the probation sentence, he added $60,000 to the government’s suggested fine of $40,000. Judge Keesler did not give an extensive explanation for why he raised the fine, saying it was necessary because of “the seriousness of the offense.”

So I guess the only excuse for the discrepancy between General Petreaus and Hillary Clinton is that Clintons are immune from prosecution.

What does liberal bastion of propaganda and Hillary cheerleading Huffington Post have to say about the discrepancy? Let’s go back in the time machine to when the General was being prosecuted and then fast to today following the F.B.I. decision not to prosecute.

From the Huffington Post dated Jan. 12, 2015 from an article by Chris Weigant. You can see the whole article here entitled: Petraeus Must Be Prosecuted!

Here is a small excerpt.

Barack Obama’s Justice Department has brought more than twice as many prosecutions for the crime of leaking confidential information to journalists as the combined total of all presidents back to Woodrow Wilson. Having set this record, there are now only two choices for President Obama and Eric Holder (or his successor): Either pardon Petraeus for any and all leaks or prosecute him to the full extent of the law, in exactly the same way as the other seven were treated. At this point, whether you agree with Obama’s track record of such prosecutions, you’d have to admit that anything else would be indefensible hypocrisy and elitism.

This paragraph would be as equally meaningful and appropriate if you just take out the name Petreaus and insert the name of Clinton. But really three things are clear in the prosecution of anyone by the Obama administration’s justice department: one, all prosecutions are politically motivated, i.e. Petreaus is viewed as a political rival and Clinton is an ally, although a tenuous one; two, the lack of prosecution for Clinton is just Obama protecting his own legacy as there is no doubt that the email scandal and the contents of those emails reflect negatively on him; and three, the rule of law under an Obama administration and in the future a Clinton administration does not apply the same to the common person, you and mean, as it does with the political leftist elite.

There might also be noted a fourth lesson learned. That is, that the main stream media is a propaganda arm of the liberal progressive party and cannot be counted on to weigh facts and evidence equally when it comes to national scandal. Just look at what the Huffington Post says about the Hillary email scandal as opposed to what they said about Petreaus. Huffington Post column by Cynthia Dill dated July 10, 2016, “House Republicans should focus on solving problems, Not Hillary Clinton!”

“House Republicans on the Oversight and Government Reform Committee think if they pull every little “gotcha” string, the Clinton mantle will unravel. They desperately insist nothing will turn into something, so here we are again.

“Clinton told committee members in an epic 11-hour hearing on Benghazi on Oct. 22, 2015, that “there was nothing marked classified on my emails, either sent or received.”

That last phrase of the quote above is a flat out lie. A civil rights attorney like Dill should no better. That is not what Director Comey said. Like most blue blood liberals, they think we are all stupid and won’t actually find the video.

For those of us who are not members of the political elite or their propaganda arm, i.e. those of us living in Fly-Over Country, Hillary IS THE PROBLEM. We are sick and tired of corrupt politicians in Washington DC making up different rules for themselves than they do for us!

This is not a pro-Trump column, nor is it a pro-Petreaus column. The General had a position of public trust, he personally and repeatedly called upon soldiers in his command to do the right thing. In the meantime he was cheating with his wife with a biographer and feeding her classified information for a book she was writing about him. When you act immorally while in public office, you should get the punishment that you deserve. It seems that justice is meaningless to this department of Just Us and if we elect a politically corrupt power hungry person like Hillary Clinton to the highest office in the land, we are all to blame. We had good choices for this political season and we rejected them. If Hillary is elected president and the corruption continues, as it most certainly will, we will be getting the government that we deserve.

A personal note to Cynthia Dill of Huffington Post, but first read this quote from her column.

“Americans don’t want police officers to be shot, and we don’t want black men to be shot by police officers. We don’t want our kids to be shot at school, and we want our kids to go to college. We don’t want war with North Korea or to be infected by the Zika virus, and we don’t want income inequality or childhood poverty. What we want is economic security and safety for our families and an opportunity to get ahead. Surely those tasked with governing should be doing something meaningful to address these pressing issues when they are on the clock.”

Those are all great things to have, Cynthia! I would like to add a few items of my own! We as Americans would prefer that our law enforcement officers not be the scape-goat for every corrupt, career-climbing political hack every time they are forced to shoot a worthless, murderous thug. We would prefer politicians that recognize that the world is at war with Radical Islam and that the war won’t be done until all the terrorists are dead. We would prefer that the liberals in this country respect our constitutional right to self-defense the same way we respect their right to make asses out of themselves through the use of the First Amendment. We would prefer that our Ambassadors i.e. Chris Stevens and his loyal employees and members of the C.I.A. and force protection services, when they ask for military protection, they get it, immediately, and without question so we don’t have to see their flag draped caskets coming home on airplanes!! We would prefer that if that does happen, and it unfortunately did, that the politicians responsible for withholding help would be held accountable, publically shamed and forbidden from ever again holding public office! We would prefer that our politicians tell the truth to the families of those who die in service of our country!

And, I look forward to a day when Americans feel it is morally reprehensible to murder an unborn baby as much as it is now morally reprehensible to kill a tiger or a gorilla!

There’s my list Cynthia. I think it’s a good one. Have a nice day!

The American Millennium will support Donald Trump for president of the US

Trump supporter gets egged at rally. If you are assaulting women because of their political views, you should go to jail.

The American Millennium

This column will be my thoughts on why I am supporting Donald Trump for president.

I have to say he was not my first choice. He wasn’t my third choice. But he is the presumptive nominee of my party and I will go along with the party because I can’t stand Hillary Clinton and her sleazy husband Bill.

I imagined that if I came out to a public area in my town of Rochester and I announced over a megaphone that I supported Trump, and if I invited other people to debate me on the benefits or problems of my candidate over theirs and vice versa, I would start a riot. Can you imagine? Suppose I brought a megaphone to the Thursday’s on First events here in town and just said, “listen up people! I just want to talk about why I will vote for Donald Trump!” and then offer the megaphone to anyone who wanted to debate me, what do you suppose would happen? I’d probably be shouted down at best and someone in the crowd would probably throw something at me or assault me. Guaranteed!

It’s become crazy at these political rallies and it’s just nuts. People at Trump rallies have been struck, they’ve had eggs thrown at them. They’ve been injured, tackled, whatever. If you are assaulting people over their political speech in this country you need to go to jail and be prosecuted under the same laws as the mobsters. You are intimidating people for their political speech and you are abusive and need to go to jail. I don’t care if you are a Trump supporter or not. You hit someone else because they support someone you are opposed to, you go to jail. If you disagree, write a blog, attend a rally, join a campaign and march, but don’t be hitting people.

Assaulting people at political rallies is not free speech!

Assaulting people at political rallies is not free speech!

I see that Bernie Sanders had a rally here and it was quite well attended. Nobody burned the place down, good. What if the future president Donald Trump had a rally, would it go as well? Hey Bernie supporters, wanna debate me? Great. I’m game. I’m totally bringing up Venezuela. You millennials probably couldn’t find that country on the map.

I think that you really see the true character of people or lack there of during the political season. People go crazy. The democratic socialists love their candidate and his ideology but they don’t have the emotional maturity to listen to another person’s views with respect and then debate them with cogent thoughts of their own. Likewise there are Trump supporters who are exactly the same way in reverse. There was that video of an old cowboy punching a black guy in the face. He later said that if the man he assaulted came back he might have to kill him. That is a terrorist and he needs to go to jail.

Likewise there was a lady that had eggs thrown at her because she supported Trump. A kid was tackled in public by a black fellow because he was a Trump supporter. Another guy had blood dripping down his face because he supports Trump. Enough already.

If you support the other guy or gal, grab a microphone and debate me, but don’t be assaulting people. Your  first amendment rights don’t include assaulting people with a different opinions.

I think Trump will be a better candidate than Hillary because quite frankly I think that a Hillary presidency will be an endorsement of the last 8 years of Obama and I can’t stand the thought of that. It’s time for a change. Trump has run successful companies. He’s also had bankruptcies, but Hillary would run the country into the ground. I think Donald Trump will restructure the economy and there will be a little pain, but ultimately I think it will be for the ultimate good.

One of the biggest gripes I have with Hillary is her support of Australian style gun confiscation here in the country.  Nobody can deny we have a problem with violence in this country. But you can’t blame lawful gun owners or gun manufacturers for that. Should we sue baseball manufacturers. Their products cause more injuries and deaths than guns. Don’t get me started about cars. Violence is in the heart and to change  that you have to change the heart. Like John the Baptist said, “change from within”. You look at Europe with their massive problems with immigrants from Syria and the Middle East and what do you see, people turning over cars, looting and destroying businesses, throwing rocks at cops. Do we want that here? No.

I totally support a temporary moratorium on immigration from Muslim countries for the time being. Jimmy Carter did it and nobody called him a racist. I think it should be one of the first things on a Trump agenda. Also, build the wall. I’m tired of people coming here illegally. People call me a racist because of that. I’m not a racist. There are billions of people in this world who want and deserve a better life. There are too many people for this country to absorb. We have to help them where they are.

My fiancé who is the love of my life is an immigrant from the Philippines. She came here legally on a Green Card. People who jump the border who come here illegally are slapping people like her square in the face. “Screw you! You were so stupid to pay the money and wait  your turn! I’m just going to go to America and take my chances!” My Honeybear loves her country. She also loves this one and wants to live a happy life. We’ve watched with interest the election of Rodrigo Duterte as president of the Philippines. We have hope that he will turn that country around. We are also glad to see Manny Pacquiao  the famous Philippine boxer becoming a senator. Congratulations. You can be patriotic about your homeland but still support the laws and traditions of the nation in which live. Someone said, “support the nation you live in or live in the nation you support!” Don’t be waiving a Mexican flag at me while you are living in this country. If you love Mexico so much, feel free to go back. Nobody is out there treading on the Mexican Flag, don’t expect me to be gleeful when you trod on Old Glory. I’m a veteran. I see you do that I’m going to have a few choice comments for you. Trigger warning my little socialist cupcake! You might be offended!

Hillary Clinton had her chance to answer the 3 a.m. phone call. The ambassador Chris Stevens was calling. He’s dead, as well as three others who died along with him. Special Operators dedicating their lives to defending Americans came to their aid and received no support. A four-star combatant commander offered aid and was told to stand down. He proceeded to send aid anyway and was immediately arrested and relieved of command. Who has the authority to stop a four-star general. Barack Obama, the president of the United States, that’s who. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton let those people die and then had the audacity to lie to the faces of their grieving family members, blaming a video which almost nobody saw. That’s why I can’t support Hillary Clinton.

For all of Donald’s flaws one thing is clear. He loves the country and wants it to prosper. I don’t know about the people currently in office. They  are terrible and it’s time to change course. Trump doesn’t badmouth cops, he supports them. Hillary badmouths cops. Trump supports the military. Hillary would cut the military. Trump has the endorsement of the NRA. Hillary would disarm us and leave us vulnerable to violence from radicals coming over our borders illegally. Trump has a business back ground and would work the create jobs. Hillary is good at creating jobs for terrorists.

Donald J. Trump

Donald J. Trump

I was a Ted Cruz guy. I still like him. He has a goofy love of the constitution that I admire. But the people have spoken and my party supports Donald Trump, so I will too. That doesn’t mean he has a blank check. I’m frankly pissed off at the Republican Party and its leadership. If they screw up the next four years like they have in the past, I’m going to be their worst nightmare.

Hillary isn’t the answer. The little democratic socialist would bring us an economy like Venezuela, and the libertarian Gary Johnson and his running mate are jokes. I’m holding my nose again and voting for Trump. Please don’t come to my house and try to burn my house down. I have a gun and will be utilizing my second amendment rights.

Reich is Wrong on Iran

(Robert Reich on behalf of MoveOn.org on the US-Iran Accord.)

(Dennis Prager delivers a message on the US-Iran Deal.)

by Jeremy Griffith

Creator of The American Millennium

Robert Reich, a former Clinton Crony speaking on behalf of political action organization built by the Clintons, MoveOn.org, would like you to think that the current US-Iran Accord is a good idea, that it will lead to peace, and opposition to it will only lead to war. He’s wrong, dead wrong and here’s why.

Nations that want peace don’t call for the destruction of other nations. They try to work things out with other nations and find common ground. Iran, a Muslim Theocracy disguised as a Republic, has never done so. In fact, the sole aim of the Iranian Republic (Theocracy) is to dominate the Muslim World, destroy the Jewish State of Israel and then conquer or destroy the United States of America, who it calls, the Great Satan. Israel they call, the Little Satan.

From its inception, the Iranian nation has been opposed to a Jewish state and have fought for it’s destruction. They were involved in the Israeli war of independence, which Israel won handily despite overwhelming odds. They support terror organizations like Hezbollah and Hamas within Palestine, which constantly barrage Israel with rockets and car bombs, forcing the Israeli Defense Forces to retaliate in their defense. Iran has fought a proxy war in Iraq where they’ve tried to destabilize that nation’s provisional government and have been responsible for murdering over a thousand of our servicemen and women with their roadside bombs. The name of the nation, Iran, means Arryian in Arabic. Iran was a close ally with Nazi Germany and was all in favor of the destruction of European Jews at the hands of Hitler’s forces. They have one united worldview in that regard. Fortunately the Evil of Hitler’s Nazis has left the planet. But Evil still remains in the form of the Iranian government, led by radical Muslim cleric Ayatollah Khamenei.

People like Robert Reich believe you can make peace with these people. But they have no intention of honoring a peace. Like Britian’s Neville Chamberlain, Barack Obama and his allies go to make a deal with the devil that will all but assure the Iranians get the bomb, which they have stated they are more than happy to use. Winston Churchill, the next prime minister of Britain, that great leader, saw the danger of the Nazis and of Islam, and he fought against it his whole life. He steadied his nation and eventually led the way to ultimate victory against that Evil, with the help of the United States.

The world has a new Churchillian hero, the Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, who continually warns against the dangerous course the US is taking. They’ve ceded every point to the Iranians. There will be no rigorous inspections of Iran’s nuclear sites, Iran will be allowed to do their own. Iran will get 150 billion in assets unfrozen which they will inevitably use for terror around the world. Military leaders on house arrest in Iran due to previous harsh sanctions are now free to roam, to visit Russia and plot more mischief around the world.

Congress had a chance to oppose this terrible deal, but they chose instead to vote in favor, locking the US into inevitable war. Some have even surmised that such a deal would require that if Iran goes to war with Israel, which is it’s aim, that the US would be required to enter that war on behalf of Iran against our most loyal friend and ally Israel.

Reich is an intellectual. He’s very good at making his argument. He says the only course other than this deal is war. Well Dennis Prager thinks otherwise. The answer to war is to continue with the rigorous sanctions that kept Iran largely in check. Peace Through Strength as Ronald Reagan envisioned it is how to face Evil in the world and is the strategy Reagan used to defeat the Soviet Union without firing a shot.

Reich makes distracting arguments to confuse young millenials who are afraid of all out war. He says the 12-year war we’ve been fighting is too costly, to injurious, and the cost in treasure takes away valuable assets required to help the American people at home. If the liberal progressive governments would spend discretionary funds more wisely, our schools would not be so ineffectual, our streets and bridges broken, and our infrastructure in such dire need of repair. Indeed, the US spends billions on health care and social welfare on people who are here illegally, because they don’t believe it is necessary to defend US sovereignty.

In my view, Prager makes the better argument. We need to put Iran on notice, and reinstate the sanctions that will keep the monster in it’s cage. We need new leadership in Washington, not those who will rush off to war, but those who will not shrink form defending US interests and the interests of our allies around the world.

Check out some of Reich’s claims about the budget and discretionary spending here. And then decide for yourself who is right, Reich, or Prager.

Battle of the College Theses: An Adventure in FOIA, Volume 2

Kurt Schlichter, conservative columnist and close friend of the late Super-blogger Andrew Breitbart.

Recently I embarked on a journey to test FOIA, the Freedom of Information Act, probing the government like a curious kid with a stick, stabbing at a gator. What I’ve found stunned and surprised me, as so far I have found the government gate-keepers I’ve dealt with amazingly helpful and uncharacteristically polite.

Let me backtrack to the beginning. In a previous missive I wrote on Storify, I wondered out loud and with amazement how easy it is for the New York Times and Judicial Watch to obtain and publish online the graduate work of one General El Sisi of Egypt, now that nation’s president. While still a military officer, El Sisi attended our own US Army War College and wrote a thesis as his final project where he opined on Democracy in the Middle East, a document the New York Times obtained and published without comment. Intrigued I wondered how I would fair as a poor blogger who does not buy ink by the barrel. I selected a document I wanted by an author I knew, not knowing the exact title or even if the item requested in fact existed. I expected to be sandbagged by the government, and frankly I was ready to blast their inefficiency for what I believed would be a long and winding run-around course.

Not so. I was after all, dealing with the US Army War College, and apparently, they do things differently there. After sending a couple of stray e-mails to departments who had nothing to do with my request who had no idea what I was talking about, I was politely directed to the right “desk”. The reply I got was timely and polite. “Yes Mr. Griffith,” the fellow said. “You can have that. Would you like it in digits or on paper?” It was like the gentlemen was a clerk at Walmart asking if I wanted paper or plastic.

Two days ago I received the document I had requested and since then I have devoured the contents with glee and was not disappointed. The accompanying note read, almost apologetically, “Not sure if this is the final draft. It was all I could find. Regards!” I tore open the plain envelope and perused the thesis I found inside. I was a kid at Christmas.

I knew anything written by this author had to be good. Kurt A. Schlichter is known to me and is probably well know to you as well from his popular, snarky columns on Red State and Townhall. In my previous edition, I even theorized aloud what the title of the project would have been, something patriotic and heartwarming to conservatives who love America and equally disgusting and stomach wrenching for those who don’t. I reflected that feeling in the title of that article, a little tongue in cheek. I found myself learning something new just discovering the actual title of the document, which was not a disappointment. And yes, It was about leadership, just as I knew it would be.

Netcentric Hubris and the Challenge of Netcentric Leadership by LTC Kurt A. Schlichter. How about that for a title? I immediately googled “Hubris” and “Netcentric”.

hu·brisˈ(h)yo͞obrəs/noun

  1. excessive pride or self-confidence.
synonyms: arroganceconceithaughtinesshauteurprideself-importanceegotism,pomposity, superciliousness, superiority; More
  • (in Greek tragedy) excessive pride toward or defiance of the gods, leading to nemesis.

Net-centric or netcentric refers to participating as a part of a continuously-evolving, complex community of people, devices, information and services interconnected by a communications network to achieve optimal benefit of resources and better synchronization of events and their consequences.

In military connotation frequently associated with terms “Net-centric Operations (NCO)” and “Net-centric Warfare (NCW)”. Many people use the terms “net-centric” and “network-centric” interchangeably. Some consider “network-centric” to refer to activities within a particular network and “net-centric” to refer to activities that cross networks.

Many experts[who?] believe the terms “information-centric” or “knowledge-centric” would capture the concepts more aptly because the objective is to find and exploit information, the network itself is only one of several enabling factors.

A great read. I found out from COL Schlichter that the Army with all its technology and information systems is better able to micromanage its junior leaders, something Schlichter believes is a habit to be resisted. Leaders at the top are using the tools at hand to micromanage, working the levers of control and making dancing automatons out of their captains, lieutenants, and sergeants. Like marionettes on a string, those junior leaders execute the plans of their masters and introduce no decision making of their own.

Schlichter masterfully illustrates in his argument that the Army should refrain from this practice, instead leaning upon the time tested leadership style of centralized planning and decentralized control. Yes, the leader at the top can better see the battlefield from where he stands in the OP Center. But is that sight picture true? Does it cut through the fog of war? No. Instead, the leader must accept a certain amount of risk, depending on the junior leader to make the appropriate decision at his level. I was so impressed with the logic of this document that I published it online for you to read for yourself. There are the footnotes at the end, like breadcrumbs. You can follow the trail to the source, where you can read for yourself, testing for yourself if the author’s conclusion is true. Unclassified? Yes it says that at the top, so no problems there.

The experience I’ve had with the War College is like going on a camping trip with your family to the source waters of the mighty Mississippi River. You pile into the family station wagon and you go. When you arrive, you park, and you walk down to the river. You cross the narrow inlet, where the water slows to a trickle. Dipping your hand into the cold rushing water, you lean down and drink. Cool. Refreshing. Clean.

It’s like the Army is saying. “Yes citizen. You can have the final projects of our warrior leaders, and at no charge! We are proud of what we do here and in the leaders we train. You have the right to know what it is we are doing in your name. Read the words of the warrior leaders we’ve trained, be enlightened, and enjoy.” Wow. Just, wow.

I get an altogether different feeling when I try to find the educational documents written by some of our political leaders, which are as elusive to find as the Holy Grail.

To their credit, Mother Jones, that leftist publication, has done a little footwork for us. Very little. They got half of Ted Cruz’s Princeton Undergraduate work, Clipping the Wings of Angels: The History and Theory behind the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. A doughnut stained operative wandered into the Princeton’s Mudd Library to the place where student theses are stored and with camera phone in hand, photographed 48 pages of the 115 page document. It’s like the operative didn’t want the conservative politician’s undergrad thesis bad enough to get the whole thing! Was he/she interrupted during their surreptitious photography session by a roving security guard? One wonders. Maybe they were just too cheap to pay the $0.35 per page fee to get the whole thing? “That’s enough of this pro-constitution, flag-waiving crap! Our readers will get the point. Cruz is a juvenile, nationalistic scumbag. Let’s go.” Is that what they told themselves on their way out of the library, angry security guard in pursuit? Hmmm. Well, fear not, dear reader. I’ve paid the fee and hopefully I will get the full document here shortly.

Check out what one commenter said about the Cruz document at CNN iReport here!

Meantime, good luck trying to FOIA a similar document from Hillary Rodham Clinton or Barack Hussein Obama II. The president apparently did some kind of project for graduation when he matriculated through his various schools. FactCheck.org assures us that is so. But it wasn’t the kind of thesis that is required to be retained by the school and indeed, the professor who advised the young Barrack on this thesis doesn’t even retain his copy. Lost it in a move, he says. Oh well.

Hillary’s thesis on the other hands isn’t quite so difficult, to get your hands on, but a little bit of a challenge, at least according to Bill Dedman, MSNBC Investigative reporter, who details his adventure with the seldom seen document. (Dedman? Good name for a writer who accidently crosses the Clintons. One wonders why an investigative reporter is necessary to find this document of Hillary’s? Wouldn’t the Lifestyle editor be better?)

Dedman admits in his article from May of 2007 that Hillary’s thesis, based on an interview with vaunted socialist thinker and activist Saul Alinsky, was sealed for a brief time for convenience when the goddess Hillary was in her role as First Lady, at her own request. But since she started running for office of President the record was unsealed once more so the peasants can view it, if they can afford the plane ticket from Rochester Minnesota or Phoenix Arizona or where ever you’re from to come to the library and seek an audience with the aforementioned manuscript. Like a high priest going into the temple, Dedman has graciously volunteered to read the holy scripture for us, a line of rope tied around his ankle in case for whatever reason he upsets the gods and is struck dead in the process. He has pierced the veil to enter the holy of holies for us and has interpreted the document to save us all the trouble and hassle. How good of him.

You and I can’t judge for ourselves the tenure and structure of the article for ourselves, that is just too awkward. We’ll just have to take Dedman’s word for it. Footnotes? Really, what good are they? Why test the research acumen of the goddess, what Hubris you have, peasant? I like that word, I learned it earlier.

No there seems to be a definite trend here that is not surprising. If you are a right wing wacko bird like Ted Cruz who is running for president, or a war-mongering former comedian turned lawyer, columnist like Kurt Schlichter, an operative of the left will get your documents and use your own words to smear you. But, If you are Barack Obama, or Hillary Rodham Clinton, special care is taken by the gate-keepers to protect your college work so as to tamp down the unfair criticism of the unwashed masses.

And that really is the point right? There is a ring around the leftist prophets of progressivism that doesn’t extend to the lovers of the constitution. No, not for you. But there is still hope. We are told that Hillary and Barack got Ivy League educations and are more than qualified to be our leaders, even though we can’t judge their work for ourselves. We can judge them. Both have works of literature that has been edited and vetted and put out for the masses after the approval and polish of the acolytes. And we have their promises and words on the TV. Yes we can judge them and we will.

Happily Barack is not running for office again, although I predict he’ll be around in the wings for quite some time. As for Hillary, if she gets past her current dilemma with the press over her missing emails and private server, with the help of the press, then she is well on her way to be the presumptive nominee.

The democrats have cause for concern this time around, however. The GOP has a deep bench filled with conservatives as well as a moderate or two and with luck the right guy or gal will rise to the top to challenge the goddess. Ted Cruz, cum laude from his respective institution of Princeton and a champion debater with a record for excellence, leads the way. I can’t wait to see a debate between Hillary Clinton and Ted Cruz. It’ll be better than fireworks.

Hagedorn Challenges Walz on Importation of Prisoners of War

by Jeremy Griffith
The American Millennium

In a press conference recently near the Federal Medical Center prison in Rochester Minnesota, congressional candidate Jim Hagedorn challenged his opponent, incumbent Tim Walz on his policy to accept the importation of prisoners of war from Guantanamo Bay prison in Cuba to the facility in Rochester.

Hagedorn, the Republican challenger in the local District 1 race called Walz’s support of President Obama’s policy to close GITMO and import terrorists into prisons in the continental United States as reckless, unnecessarily endangering citizens of the country.

The first duty of an public official, Hagedorn said, is to protect the citizens of his state and nation, something Walz doesn’t seem to understand, Hagedorn said.

Magnificent: “The Square” captures the three-fold revolution of Egypt’s Tahrir Square.

By Jeremy Griffith
The American Millennium

Why Mina?! Didn’t I tell you not to go to the protests?”

‘I won’t go. I’ll do as you say, Mom!’”

But you tricked me and went and took your life away from me!”

‘If I died a martyr, Mom, would you be sad for me Mom?!’”

I’m not sad for the martyr in you, my love! But losing you hurts!

“I’m not sad for the martyr in you, my love!”– A grieving mother following the death of her son, from an interview in the documentary, “The Square”

Khalid Abdallah, from the documentary film, "The Square"

It seems in the absence of real news, I’ve taken up movie reviews. Here’s another film you should see, friends, but it is not likely to be in a theater near you. Instead go to Netflix to watch, “The Square” and bring a box of tissues.

Like Marcus Luttrell’s “Lone Survivor”, The Square is a tear-jerker worthy of your review. It is a documentary covering the lives of three individuals who partook in the revolution that started and ended in Tahrir Square, Cairo Egypt in 2011. Ahmed Hassan is from the working class neighborhood of Shobra in Cairo. He is featured prominently throughout the film as a spokesperson for the Revolution. Khalid Abdalla is a British-Egyptian actor who helps organize the protestors and uses social media to tell their story to the outside world. You may recognize Khalid from movies like The Kite Runner, United 93, and The Green Zone. Magdy Ashour is a father of four, a member of the Muslim Brotherhood who befriends Ahmed. Despite their differences, Ahmed and Magdy are close, and work together during the revolution. Magdy was tortured during the Mubarak regime’s crackdown on the Brotherhood.

Now I was in Egypt in 2008 following my deployment to Iraq. I was there as a tourist and I walked around Cairo, where even then you could cut the tension with a knife. Not far from Tahrir Square where the events of the documentary took place, in the shadow of a large Mosque, I sipped Chi Tea and listened to the call to prayer. Three young girls chatted at the table next to me, smoking a hooka together. The fragrance of the tobacco was thick and sweet. I was struck by how few people went up to the mosque when the singing started. I started filming, but my film was ruined, at least in my mind, when a street vendor accosted me to sell his worthless trinkets. Another such vendor had tricked me and picked my pocket earlier in the day, next to the Giza Pyramid, and it was only because of the police that I was able to get my money back. So when this new guy attempted to hawk his business, I would have nothing to do with him. I didn’t realize it then, but I had been first hand witness of the heavy handedness of the police and military in a brutish totalitarian regime. That event shaped the way I think of Egypt to this day. The police found the man who had taken my money, lined him up against a wall and went through his pockets, returning the cash to me. I think about that man from time to time, wondering if he is alive or dead. I wonder if our encounter gives him a sour view of my country or tourists like me. I hope not, but I wouldn’t doubt it. I have no animosity for him. He was most likely trying to support himself and his family, albeit in the wrong way. But, when you’re starving, you’ll do anything, I suppose.

Demonstrators mob a tank in Tahrir Square, Cairo Egypt

Demonstrators mob a tank in Tahrir Square, Cairo Egypt

It was because of the memories of those days that I was intrigued to find a documentary on the revolution on Netflix. I had to check it out and I’m glad I did. In 2011 things boiled over as the people of Egypt had had enough of their totalitarian government under the direction of Hosni Mubarak. Young people gathered in the square for many days and sat there, demanding the resignation of the president and the writing of a new constitution guaranteeing civil rights for all. They succeeded in toppling the government, only to bring the Muslim Brotherhood to power, and a new fascist government of Muhammad Morsi. Morsi, emboldened by his new power, seized upon his opportunity like a newly crowned Egyptian Pharaoh. His police and soldiers removed the protestors and seized power illegally, claiming the Quran as their constitution. No real constitution was written and the people went on the offensive again, retaking the square.

The documentary is an excellent one using a combination of professional film photography and cell phone video to cobble together a moving narrative of the events of those days, much of it not reported by CNN or the rest of the mainstream American media. It demonstrates masterfully how social media was used to circumvent the power of government and ultimately lead to the demise of not one or two, but three regimes in Egypt in the course of a few years. It showed the suffering of the people who lived through it and the pain of loss of families who lost loved ones in the conflagration.

It reminds me of Occupy Wall Street times ten. Violent scenes captured on cell phone cameras depict people shot down in the street by soldiers and mowed down by armored vehicles. Follow up video shows the tragic aftermath and will leave the viewer in tears.

The film is balanced from the heady joy of the participants following a victory and the shameful brutality of the government and hired thugs. The photography is beautifully done and the editing shows a keen sense for dramatic story telling. A graffiti artist tells the story magnificently through mural art and the music makes you want to march in the street.

Americans have this troubling philosophy that if it didn’t happen here, it’s not any of my concern. This horribly misplaced egocentricity blinds us and prevents us from participating on the world stage. The fact is, the United States supported Mubarak’s regime and sold him tanks and war planes, knowing he was a brutal awful dictator. The Obama administration supported the Egyptian Spring, but did nothing to foster real democracy, allowing the Muslim Brotherhood to take control through political subterfuge. Instead, the Egyptian people alone had to solve their problems, without any real help from the outside world, and continues struggle to this day. That is a shame!

Ahmed has a wonderful comment that I think illustrates the role of the Muslim Brotherhood’s takeover of the government in Egypt and solidifies their intent around the world. He says, “The Brotherhood is here to celebrate- and we’re here to continue the revolution. The Brotherhood buys people with oil and sugar. They mobilize people using religion!”

“The Brotherhood is here to celebrate- and we’re here to continue the revolution. The Brotherhood buys people with oil and sugar. They mobilize people using religion!” -Ahmed Hassan

In the midst of the strife during the military crack down, someone comments, “The Army is killing us! How can they be Egyptian? They’ve forgotten Egypt!”

“The Army is killing us! How can they be Egyptian? They’ve forgotten Egypt!” -an Egyptian citizen in Cairo

In the end of the film, Ahmed narrates, describing his role in the Egyptian Spring. He remarks, “We’re not looking for a leader. What will they bring, solutions from the heavens? Everyone who marched in Tahrir Square is a leader. What we want is a conscience.”

Every American should see this movie, and hopefully ditch the notion that what happens overseas doesn’t affect us here at home. The documentary is raw, and relevant and powerful. And the events that happened there can certainly happen anywhere, even here.

Looks like we could have used the guy who likes to fire people!

by Jeremy Griffith
Creator of The American Millennium Online

As the title says, it looks like now we could have used the man who likes to fire people, who has experience breaking up dysfunctional companies and putting together businesses that can actually make a profit, over the guy who looks clean and neat but who’s staff can’t balance their checkbook or build a simple website.

Mitt Romney, the wacky Mormon businessman would have done far better as president than the organizer-in-chief Barack H. Obama. That’s not opinion anymore that is fact. Look at the records of both men. Romney has put together successful teams that work well together and profit in business, he was also a successful governor. Obama can make a good speech, but everything he says has an expiration date. Just look at all the clips of Obama lying straight faced into the camera; only to have it revealed later that he was “mistaken” or that he “misspoke”!

Remember this one? “If you like your doctor/plan, you can keep them!” How many times did he say that in his speeches?

Meanwhile, the controversy and scandal surrounding the man only seem to increase. No longer ankle deep, the president seems to be wading waste deep in hypocrisy and scandal. Any one scandal is enough blood in the water for a Republican to be in deep as the ravenous shark like media begin to circle. Look at Republicans past: For Ronald Reagan it was the Iran-Contra Affair, for Nixon it was that minor burglary at the Watergate. When it comes to Democrats, multiple scandals no matter how distressing never seem to cause any damage to the man in the office. Minor players perhaps, but not the president. Barack has learned well from Bill Clinton’s example. If you put off the press long enough, eventually the whole thing will blow over.

Only with Clinton it was only about consensual sex with an Intern in the Oval Office. With Obama, you can take your pick: Fast and Furious, Benghazi, the Health Care website rollout, the Iranian Nuke scandal, etc., etc!

There is a reason none of this scandal sticks to a liberal progressive. The people who supported them don’t hold them to account, so half or over half of the people living in the United States give the president a pass, while the rest of us fume in fury.

Liberals are like little spoiled children. They don’t care that their parents may go bankrupt buying them the things they want, right now, regardless of the cost or the fact that they’ll no longer be interested in the item tomorrow. They want it and it’s their parents’ job to get it. When they grow up it’s no different, only it’s not a parent they’re pleading with, it is their children, and they are willing to mire their children in Trillions in debt to get the niceties, entitlements they want.

Put it another way, Liberals are like identity thieves. They don’t care to work a single day in their lives, they only want what they think they deserve, and they have no problem taking it from you.

Note the explosion of identity theft in America. Thousands of people have had their identities stolen in American, their property seized, their credit card accounts and savings emptied, all by unscrupulous thieves. It is such with liberals, they’ve stolen the national identity at the ballot box and now all of us are paying as they run up the debt, enslaving us all.

They way they do this is very clever, but easy to see through, for those of us who are awake. They promise the people they’ll be taken care of, that they won’t have to work hard, that their needs and medical health concerns will be taken care of. This works especially well in minority communities because minorities are so eager to hear that someone is looking out for them. But as evidenced by the facts, the minorities, especially the black community, are hardest hit by these lies. Look at major metropolitan cites run for decades by Democrats. Detroit, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles. All on the verge of bankruptcy and full of corruption and graft. And yet the black and other minorities, though through decades of suffering, continue to hope that one day the right person with the right promises will make it all right.

But sadly, the same old policies end up in failure, no matter who the personality is at the top running things. Sadly, until we stop allowing the votes to be stolen come election time and stop the liberal progressive movement from sending their loyal sons and daughters to office, we will never rid ourselves of these low-lifes. So for now, the people who work for a living, will be forever enslaved by those who only vote for a living.

Personally, I would have liked a guy who can fire some people for their incompetence, rather than reward people for their continued failure.

Obama’s firing of General Officers Demonstrates Third World Mentality

by Jeremy Griffith
American Millennium Online

The Proxy In Chief, Barack H. Obama won’t fire his loyal minions like Kathleen Sebilius or Eric Holder, because in the Liberal Progressive Worldview, you reward your friends and punish your enemies. That he is now firing top military brass demonstrates that the president is afraid of them and is displaying a Banana Republic Third World View.

As you may know, nine General Officers of the Army, Navy and Air Forces have been fired, some for cause some not. Some believe this a purge; Obama is merely getting rid of people he feels may be disloyal. There is speculation that there is a litmus test for the president. The Generals are a threat to him like the Generals of the Army in Egypt were a threat to Egypt’s former president, who was replaced by a military leader rather recently.

You may remember that the president invested a lot of hope in the Arab Spring with deposed the former president of Egypt and replaced him with a minion of the Muslim Brotherhood. Now that president has been replaced by the Army and that same Army is cracking down on the Brotherhood, to the very glad support of the Egyptian citizenry.

Obama must recognize this sea change, and like all Third World leaders, he is rightfully afraid. It’s too bad because the US has never acted like the Third World, until we elected Barack Obama. You see, the Generals possess something the president fundamentally lacks, leadership! You don’t get to be a General or an Admiral, especially one with four stars on your collar lest you’ve been vetted by other leaders. These are the best and brightest and each has held commands at many levels. It is only natural for someone like Barack, who’s never led anyone or even held a real job, to be intimidated by these types. That is why they are being given their walking papers.

There’s an analogy that I think will illustrate this. Back in the 80s there was this classic sci fi film, Star Trek II, The Wrath of Khan staring Bill Shatner, Leondard Nimoy and Ricardo Monltelban. Captain James T. Kirk, Captain of the intrepid Enterprise and his loyal first officer, Spock are locked in an epic contest of wills against genetically enhanced super-genius Khan Noonian Singh! Khan has a score to settle against Kirk and steals a vessel, the Reliant, in order to exact his vengeance. Both ships are damaged in Khan’s surprise attack and in order to even the odds, Kirk orders the Enterprise into an ionized nebula. The interference of the Nebula causes force screens to lower, wrecks havoc with tactical displays and diminishes sensors. Sauce for the Goose, says Spock. The odds would be even. Each vessel blindly searches for the advantage over the other in the ghostly mist of the nebula.

The science officer, Mr. Spock notices something, a potential weakness. Khan is flying his ship like it was a surface vessel, displaying 2D thinking. The combatants are traveling in space, a 3D medium. Kirk uses Khan’s inexperienced mistake to get the advantage. Dropping down under the enemy ship, he gets a position behind Khan’s Reliant and lets him have it. An epic moment in sci fi history.

By all intents and purposes, Barack Obama is a genius, just like Khan. He’s learned his lessons well, a constitutional scholar and all that. But he really doesn’t understand or really like the constitution. He’s been trained at the feet of committed socialists and communists. He doesn’t understand or appreciate a constitutional Republic at all. That is why Obama is trapped in 2D, Third World mentality. He doesn’t know us at all.

If Obama is planning for a coup, firing of the Generals would do no good. They are still out there and they can still affect their influence in retirement. The Generals and Colonels behind them, after all what is a colonel but a general who hasn’t got his star yet? Were brought up through the ranks by the generals above them. All have sworn allegiance to the country and sworn to protect the Constitution, something progressives like Obama view as an obstacle of negative liberties that limits his power.

He’s right, the Constitution does limit his power. The president can’t do anything about the Tea Party or Congressional conservatives, so he has to attack the Generals. It’s a fruitless effort, but it does demonstrate his Third World Progressive mentality.

Here’s something to think about. Each of the 50 states and Porto Rico have militias. It’s called the National Guard. Each of those states and territories have a Two-Star Adjutant General at the head of them, each operating under the authority of their respect Governors. Over half of the Governors are conservative Republicans. Firing Generals at the Pentagon does Barack no good if he is worried about a coup. He should be worrying about the Governors and their respective militias. One conservative Governor, like Perry of Texas or Brewer of Arizona, could rally the states against the President and give him a very hard time, and that is what he should fear.

But that’s not going to happen, at least not soon. Because, we are not the Third or Developing World. We’re America and any fight we launch against the president will be a political one. The Tea Party and conservatives around the country are continuing to fight the good fight to legally pry this loser and his minions from office. With all the failures of this administration: Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the Failure of the Obamacare website and the termination of millions of insurance policies around the country, this president is damaging his party’s brand. As he serves what’s left of his lame duck term, it will be increasingly difficult for president to accomplish anything, and anyone running for the blue will have a hard time making headway when the next election comes around.

Zombie Apocalypse! O Zombies are coming to Eat You!

Zombies are EVERYWHERE!

by Jeremy Griffith

Well fellow conservatives and libertarians, it seems that with the re-election of The One, Barack H. Obama, the Zombie Apocalypse we all dreaded is here. First the O zombies flooded the polls to get the free stuff, next they’ll be knocking on your doors and trying to eat your brains.

It looks like Romney’s candid admission to supporters that was taped by an Obama goon and put up on the Internet was a fair assessment of the facts. The country is at a place now where there are more takers than makers and the takers want their stuff now. Move over Greece, we are on our way to the National Bread and Free Stuff Bankruptcy line.

The difference between us and Greece is that people like Greece. They’ve got those cute old ruins and stuff and they’re a great vacation spot. People don’t like America too much anymore. That’s why when Obama tries to bail out America; nobody will come to our rescue the way they did Greece. We are at the tipping point and now that Obama is reinstalled, it will be harder than ever to remove the hard-core progressive left.

Difficult, but not impossible. Romney wasn’t a bad campaigner; he actually did very well, capturing half of the popular vote and a good portion of the Electoral College. It wasn’t a blow out for Obama. The Obama campaign wasn’t a great campaign, what with the wilting President at the debates and the Human Gaffe Machine Joe Biden, it wasn’t all that impressive. What we need to over come this barrier is a great conservative, like Ronald Reagan, not a so so conservative like Romney. We need charisma and poise to overcome the cult of personality of the progressive left. And we have to abandon the national media as a tool, (literally the media are a bunch of tools) of the left. We have to create our own media, through the blogs and talk radio.

Thankfully enough Americans showed up to the polls to at least increase the lead in the House of Representatives. But with a majority in the Senate and with the Executive Branch, the President doesn’t need a mandate or the support of congress. He has shown his willingness to rule by executive order and auto-pen. (That auto-pen is great, it allows Barack to go golfing all day and lets Valerie Jarrett make all the decisions by proxy.)

I’m pretty disappointed with my own state of Minnesota. We have a democratic governor and both houses went to the dogs, uh dems. (I have to get out of this state!) We are already taxed enough and now I’m sure Governor Dayton and his cronies will go to town, hiking up taxes and spending like mad. Ugh.

Minnesota zombie leader and Governor Mark Dayton.

As more and more states like Minnesota and California spend like gamblers at a casino and eventually go broke, citizens will vote with their feet and move to the red states like I plan to to get out from under the thumb of the Zombie campaign. Progressives won’t understand why those states are doing better while their states and cities fall into oblivion. They’ll do everything they can to try to prevent people from leaving and their failed programs and cities will fall into decay. Too bad lefty loons. You get what you vote for.

In the meantime, watch out for progressive plans to take away our freedom: fairness doctrine to control the Internet and talk radio is a great example. They will try to shut us down. We mustn’t let them.  Gun control will inneviably follow, so buy your guns and ammo today.

As bad as it will be in the next few years, I predict it will not be as bad as it was in the Revolution. Those patriots crossed frozen rivers without shoes in mid winter to do battle with the Hessians, AND THEY WON! It will be dark for a while, but the dawn will come and Patriotic Americans will need to do the heavy lifting to make sure they are ready when that day will come. God will give us the leader we need eventually. For now we have to accept that we live in exile amongst the Babylonians. It sucks. But morning is coming. Grab your guns, go to church with your friends, start a blog, be happy and not bitter.

In the meantime, a 12-guage shot gun is still the best home defense against a Zombie home invasion. See you at the gun store or out in the blogosphere. We aren’t finished yet.

#war!

ps, watch this funny video from Glove and Boots on the best way to deal with zombies, and have a good laugh.

Victory for Obamacare! Will Today’s SCOTUS Decision Awaken the Sleeping Tea Party?!

by Jeremy Griffith

crossposted from ConservativeDailyNews.com

President Barack Obama

The Supreme Court of the United States handed down a controversial decision today upholding Barack Obama’s Affordable Healthcare Act and it’s individual mandate requiring all citizens to purchase health care insurance. Now, if Americans really hate this law and what it imports, the only way to act is to elect a regime that will undo what has been done.

This decision by the Supreme Court, with a deciding vote cast by supposedly conservative Chief Justice John Roberts, is the worst decision ever, putting us in the same position as Greece when it comes to our economic future. The nation is filled with 50 percent of the population or better who believe that it is the government’s role to take care of individuals from cradle to grave. The other half of our society is either opposed to this view, solidly in favor or rugged individualism and the rights of man, or they are ignorant or indifferent.

Chief Justice John Roberts

Justice Roberts justified his decision by stating that it is the congress’s right to impose the mandate the same as a tax, even though the solicitor general’s horribly inept argument detailed that it was the administration’s belief that this is not a tax. This is yet another example of how total incompetence, i.e. the solicitor general, the attorney general, the president, can even prevail despite their colossal ineptitude.

Will this horrible decision stand, enslaving grandchildren and great grandchildren to the will of the state, like Soviet Russia, or Communist China? Or will the Tea Party Patriots wake up and remove this administration in the election in November?

You’re going to do something you’re not going to want to do, Tea Party! You’re going to have to show up and vote for someone you are luke-warm about, or are totally disgusted with, Governor Mitt Romney. I recommend you salve your wounded pride by supporting someone local you know, a conservative/libertarian who can beat his or her liberal/progressive opponent. And then, while you’re at it, put a check mark in the box for the other guy, Mitt.

A conservative congress can lead our candidate around by the nose back to conservative and fiscal sanity. Barack Obama and his goonies are totally insulated and immune to the will of the people and will continue to drive us off a Euro-Cliff! If they can require us to pay a tax for a service we don’t want, what else are they going to tax us on in the next four years? Maybe they are going to force gun owners to pay a tax on their guns every year until they decide to turn them in? Will the Supreme Court uphold that? After all, now there is precedence.

Attorney General Eric Holder

Remember Fast and Furious? This administration and the horribly incompetent Eric Holder, Attorney General, allowed, even forced gun shops to sell assault rifles to drug kingpins in order to create a crisis for Mexico and the US. That crises, which no one should let go to waste, would force the issue of gun control back into the public forum and allow Barack and his cronies to seize our guns. This administration is deadly and dangerous, and totally untrustworthy when it comes to safeguarding the rights of citizens. It’s time that they are gone.

Remember to vote in November and get your friends to vote. Dead people, illegal aliens and felons will be voting for the progressives, so the more the merrier!
